Shipping information
We currently have limited stock available, however over the coming weeks and months we will be expanding our ready-to-ship stock across all hair types, lengths, and textures.
Any items currently in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. For items not currently in stock, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch.
Please contact us to know what is available for immediate shipping.

Returns information
Due to hygiene reasons and the sensitive nature of Virgin hair extensions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair products once purchased. Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your order. If your selected item is not ready to ship, it will be dispatched after the stated wait time, which will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service.
All international orders are shipped via DHL.
